     A gentle, short wash using puppy-safe shampoo. No long soaking, no overwhelming experience.
  • Blow dry and brush.
     A soft introduction to the dryer noise and the feeling of being brushed.
  • Nail filing, not clipping.
     Clippers can startle a puppy at this stage, so Kristine files nails instead. This keeps the experience calm while still tidying the nails.
  • Ear cleanse.
    A light clean that gets your puppy used to having their ears handled, which makes future appointments far easier.
